Mrs Amina Khalid Ahmed is a 25 year-old Award-Winning self-taught Baker and an Entrepreneur with over eight years of experience in the Baking Industry❤️
Amina alias MINAT, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Minat Bakery, a fast-rising establishment that produces and sells the best cakes in Mombasa.
Minat as she is famously known is also the proprietor of Minat Cake Zone Academy, a Baking School that offers marketplace knowledge for Bakers and Beginners in Baking 🎂
Amina is among the few bakers in the Country who holds a Diploma in Baking. She has won over 10 Best Awards and taught over 300 students who have graduated from her baking school.
Minat has appeared on all major national TV channels and newspapers including Citizen TV, KTN, Daily Nation, and Star Newspaper among others.
She is passionate about business and also contributes to the Mombasa community through different humanitarian programs.
