Meaning of Phulkuri Ashar

Phulkuri is a Bengali word. The term ‘Phul’ means flower and the ‘kuri’ means bud. Flower blooms from the bud and comes into reality with its fragrance spreading over the society. Similarly, the children grow up and finally lead the nation as responsible citizens.

Established

"Phulkuri Ashar" is a national children organization of Bangladesh. It working with the boys of schools to build excellent moral character, develop performing quality and good physique with versatile calibre. The organization was established on 28 September 1974. It obtained registration as a national children’s organization from the department of social welfare in 1979. It's Reg. No- D0459.

It already passed 45 years and By this time Phulkuri has earned a good reputation all over the country. Its main complain is- “Build thyself to build the world”.
