Sunfish Budget

After 9 years of dreaming-up and planning-out a 6 shipping container home, the stars have finally aligned! We sold our home with 6 acres and purchased a 100 year old farm house on 60 acres next door. We quit our jobs.....no wait we couldn’t but that would be nice!!! Ian and I own a small glass company he started in his 20's, and have 2 kids in school and sports. So we juggle it all while trying to build this house in our spare time. From tearing down our existing home to completion of our new one get a front row, detailed view on how we do it.
