مسلِم محمد لفته الوائلي رادود مُنشِد ومُلحن شيعي ، وُلِد في [٢٢ يونيو] [١٩٩٩] في جمهورية العِراق بمحافظة ذي قار في سُوق الشيوخ تحديدًا حي الغدير .ترعرع مسلم الوائلي في بيئة حُسينية، ومن أقربائه خاله الرادود علي التُرابي وخاله الشاعر حَسن التُرابي وأخيه الرادود علي الوائلي .
أرتقى مُسلم المنبر صدفةً ، وذلك في عام ٢٠٠٨ ، في موكِب بقية الله في مدينة سُوق بمحافظة ذِي قار وبعدها اكمل المسير مع موكب المهدي المنتظر درس مقامات على يد الرَادود محسن الزهيري والرادود علي الترابي .
حصل في عام (٢٠١٦) شهادة في فنون نغم المقامات الموسيقية الأساسية . و شارَك مُسلِم في مُعظم محافظات العِراق ، بما فيها العتبات المُقدسة ، بالإضافة إلى المشاركات الخارجية في المواكِب والمجالس الحُسينية خَارج العِراق، كإيران وسُوريا ولبنان .
