Hello! My name is Noa and I create art in video and audio format.

I am a professional video editor, specialized in calisthenics videos.

I also am a musician, specialized in rap beats and so some of my videos will have my music in the background.

This channel is about Calisthenics, the purpose of its content is to motivate people to work out.

My content is original, the videos you see on the channel are created by me and not uploaded from other platforms.

I created and popularized the concept of "Scaring People in The Gym With Calisthenics" and "Girls Reacting To Calisthenics" which in turn incidentally created the concept of "Calisthenics in Public" but wasn't my intention, and am also in the process of popularizing the idea of "Movies Get Calisthenicked"
