About Veterans Work
Veterans Work is the leading independent veterans' employability campaign in the UK. There are an estimated 2.6 million military veterans in the UK – and 900,000 of them are estimated to be of working age. Veterans Work encourages businesses to consider these veterans as part of their hiring strategy.
The founding organisations are Deloitte, The Officers’ Association and Forces in Mind Trust. It also works closely with the Ministry of Defence, specifically MOD Defence Relationship Management and Defence People as well at The Drive Project who use the arts in their extensive work with veterans. Veterans Work, as a leading thinker in veteran employability (and that of reservists, cadets and spouses too).
Now in its 5th year, it has produced reports, films, debates and more recently, a podcast, to champion the value of the veteran within business.
