Mine Hill Distillery

Mine Hill Distillery opened in 2018 in an award winning 19th century landmark set on three acres along the Shepaug River. The property is suitable for weddings, private parties, corporate off-sites and photo shoots. The fully restored property includes four buildings, totaling 12,000 SF, a waterfall, extensive lawns and an outdoor band stand.

The 1872 Roxbury Station is our main event space. The Distillery is a converted 1860 cigar factory. The 100 year old Barrel House and Coal Shed could also add charm and flexibility to your event. The landmark buildings, riverfront setting, spirits tastings and music concerts could make any event a real experience.

We are located in the heart of Litchfield County, 90 minutes from New York City and less than an hour from New Haven, Hartford, Westchester and Fairfield Counties.
