★Hello! I'm Grandma Chan, a 100-year-old foodie & Indonesian-born Chinese.

I've lived in many other countries around the world, now live in Hong Kong.

My family has been catering & running food factories for generations.

I used to work as a chef in grand hotel and ran a restaurant.

I’ve been studying food my whole life. Now I'd like to share with you all the food I've learned throughout my life from different cuisines, famous & lost dishes.

I try to reduce sugar, salt, and oil; present it innovatively & easily, so I hope that everyone can make these delicacies and that you will enjoy my channel!

大家好！我是陳奶奶，出生在印尼的華僑，美食控，照片是百歲生日所拍。

曾在中國及世界多國居住，現居香港。

我家幾代人都做餐飲、食品工廠。我曾在大酒店任職大廚，也曾開餐廳。

追逐研究美食一輩子，現將畢生所學的各地美食、名菜、失傳菜，盡量減糖減鹽減油，以創新簡易的手法呈現出來，

希望大家喜歡並成為人人會做的佳餚！

☆我是奶奶最小的孫女，現職教師，工作繁忙，只能於工餘時間負責剪輯、上傳影片。

奶奶的好廚藝失傳了的話實在可惜～ 所以在這紀錄並分享給大家！
