SPEER is a non-profit energy efficiency organization based in Austin, TX. Our mission is to accelerate the adoption of energy efficiency products and services in Texas and Oklahoma while being the regional leader in the education and promotion of energy efficient building systems and distributed energy resources that strengthen local economies, improve health and quality of life, and protect the environment.

This channel hosts archives of SPEER’s Speakers’ Bureau & City Efficiency Leadership Council (CELC) webinars; a series of topics and presentations presented by industry subject matter experts on energy code and local government related issues.
