Hello! Welcome to Just Paper ASMR.
I started this channel in hopes to help people relax, help with sleep, and a possible distraction from worry and stress.
I suffer from anxiety and random panic attacks. I have found that a few videos on YouTube that will help me when I'm in panic mode. Due to the constant worry, I need a way to distract from that worry. I need hobby, so here we are. :)
I hope that these videos will help you in some positive way.
