Mid-Michigan's only Bikram Yoga school, we are 100% independently-owned. Our mission is to keep the Bikram Yoga tradition undiluted and joyfully transmitted for future generations, and to provide education and inspiration to humans around the world who would like to improve their lives on all levels. We hold therapeutic hatha yoga classes in the Ghosh lineage 364 out of 365 days per year.
