Unfiltered, Disciplined, Chaos....

I am not a fitness expert I am a Controls/Automation Engineer. I work full time so I don't spend much time editing, sorry for the crap quality but idc, it is the info that is the meat and taters.

I am not here to tell you what to do. I am only here to show you what I am doing, ok? OK!? Ok cool, we cool now.

I trial and error stuff to find what works for me and I recommend y'all do the same.
