Never Stop Growing

Hello, everyone! My name is Alexander. I’ve worked out in the past but always struggled with staying consistent. I’d work hard for a few weeks, then stop. I want to change that.

So, I’ve created this channel to commit to a big fitness challenge and document every step. I’m going to record my workouts, track my progress, and take you on this journey with me. My goal is to stay consistent, push through the tough moments, and hold myself accountable by sharing my experience.
