Exercise For Health is a channel devoted to people living with a long term health condition such as High blood pressure, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Diabetes, Chronic back pain, Cardiovascular disease, and many more. We provide tips, gentle workouts and exercise advice to help them manage their daily physical activities and feel better. Exercise is medicine!

Richard has worked in the UK as an Exercise Specialist since 1997 and has helped thousands improve their health and well being through carefully prescribed exercise. As well as a qualified personal trainer and exercise referral instructor, he holds industry Level 4 qualifications in Cardiac Rehab, Exercise after Stroke, Chronic Respiratory Disease and Cancer Rehab. He is very passionate about keeping people moving and using physical activity as a means to change people's lives. Richard was also the winner of the national award for 'Most Inspiring Activity Professional' presented by ukActive in 2015.
