We are proud to announce the next pioneering step in the future of the farm to fork movement in the local Halton Hills market, Ontario, Canada!

We are introducing a food security initiative that will create the first self-sufficient local, farm to fork, foodservice ecosystem in the retail food industry. A first of its kind!

​- Our animals are humanely raised on our own farm owned by the Zdunic family since 2002

- We grow our own grain and feed

- We operate our own provincially inspected abattoir with the highest of standards

- We sell the products we produce in our own retail store

- Our European Master Sausage Maker produces and smokes our own specialty sausages and deli meats on-site
