Philip D. Gibbons is an award winning podcaster, journalist and documentarian. His 2014 documentary, "The Devil and the Death Penalty," is a study of the dysfunction within the California death penalty process which revisited the case of Lawrence Bittaker, a convicted rapist and murderer of five teenaged girls. Mr. Gibbons also produces the podcast, "Some Very Famous People You've Never Really Heard Of," byte sized biographies of the famous, the infamous and the quirky in less than an hour.
