My name is Róu and I am an author myself🤓. Also, we appreciate poetry here, so occasionally I’ll be reading some of my own works as well as various poetic pieces from known authors in hopes of proving to the world that #poetryisnotdead ✌🏻

By "checking that book" I also mean weighing a work on your own terms — not just a book, but any piece of art, film, game, etc. It’s the place where “in my book” becomes the point: a space for honest judgment, personal taste, and calling something great, unsettling, overrated, or unforgettable.
