Food, places, ordinary days that are somehow worth remembering. I am based in Darjeeling so the hills, the fog and the Himalayan kitchen show up a lot but this channel goes wherever I go. A new city, a new dish, a market I wandered into, a meal that made me stop. This channel is slow living through food, through seasons, through ordinary days that I think are worth remembering.
