gleenne is a Tibia Vara (Bow Leg Deformity) survivor. Hated his appearance growing up but found a safe place by listening to Nicki Minaj, Beyoncé, and Rihanna at 10-years-old. Growing up, he always knew that music was his greatest instrument in communicating and inspiring other people, especially those who are having the same struggles as his.

Making music is his way of accepting his identity and expressing his authentic self. gleenne started uploading on SoundCloud and later self-released his first single, "am fallin'". R&B/Soul and Hip-hop all have a strong influence on his music. As a PWD and LGBTQIA+ artist, gleenne continues to break beauty boundaries and stigmas.
