豚骨らーめんのお店「魂龍」(こんりゅう)です。
2017年8月1日開店
豚の頭の骨のみを使用。
開店当時より毎日欠かさず骨を継ぎ足して作る「呼び戻し」製法。
鉄の五右衛門窯で高加熱で炊きあげることで骨の髄まで溶け込んだ泡立つほどに濃厚なスープになります。
骨以外の余計なものは入れず豚骨の旨味をお届けしたい気持ちを込めた魂の一杯です！
骨粉感じるマイルドな呼び戻し超濃厚豚骨！
