My name is Barry Rowland. I am a Sim Racing enthusiast that has been doing this for a long time. In my early years just out of school, I campaigned a Datsun 510 in the SCCA. I had to stop due to expenses. So, I took up Sim Racing to provide me with my racing fix. Of course, nothing will ever replace racing a real car. But for me this will have to do. I now do reviews on Sim Racing Hardware. I love to see how things are built. Materials used, build quality, and of course how they perform. I developed the SRG process that all review material must go through. Giving you as much detail as I can. It is the only way I know to let you make the most informed decision possible on purchasing Sim Racing gear. I used to buy the items I review. Due to my own budget constraints, I have recently been allowing manufacturers to send me an item at no cost to me for review. However, they still go through the same detailed SRG review process, something I could not compromise on.
