SatvikSomething was born from my desire to bridge the gap between nourishing my body and soul. During my Isha Sadhana programs, I really wanted to create meals that would satisfy both my family's taste buds and uplift me spiritually at the same time. I knew I wasn't alone in this quest. With Sadhguru's guidance, I experimented with Satvik cooking, blending flavors and traditional culinary wisdom. Each recipe as a result has turned out to be appealing both to the palate and the soul. I share my collection with you, hoping it will inspire a harmonious union of health and spirituality in your kitchen, just as it has in mine.
