Bottom of The Barrel Bakers

We are Bottom of the Barrel Bakers and we are doing 100 weeks of baking! Starting off strong with a croquembouche, we’re going to build our way up from easy baking to our grand finale - A golden crackle. Our No. 1 goal is to have our baking finale witnessed and judged by the one and only Gordon Ramsay, so be sure to hit him up and tag him in our posts on social media!

Although our baking might not exactly be of professional quality, (literally the exact opposite, we kinda suck) we are here to show the world that you don’t need to have all that fancy equipment and top-notch baking skills to be able to create delicious treats and desserts. We’re really scraping the bottom of the barrel here, but that’s okay, that’s what we’re all about!!

We’ll be doing a new recipe every week, so make sure to follow along to see us completely and utterly embarrass ourselves, and maybe improve our baking skills if we’re lucky..
