Happy Smiles CIC is a multi-award-winning, disabled people’s-led organisation creating inclusive communities through lived experience.

We do disability differently.

Alongside delivering disability inclusion training to employers, schools, and organisations of all shapes and sizes, including global brands such as Levi's, we lead accessibility audits, advocacy work and weekly wraparound support for disabled people in our community.

Founded in 2019 and led by a team where over 90% are disabled people, we challenge stigma, raise expectations and create real opportunities for disabled people to thrive.

Through our work, we have trained thousands, supported people into employment pathways and influenced organisations to create meaningful, lasting change.
