The faceless cook

My channel is dedicated to food and the love for making basic and sometimes elegant meals. I am educated in appetizers, main courses and desserts. I will also give you tips on how to prepare your food and explain why I do what it is I do. This is not a cut down channel for people that want a recipe in 5 minutes. You can actually cook along with me and pause the video at anytime. I will take the time to explain the things I do and why. The way I prepare food my not be to everyone's liking but everyone has a different taste for the food they love. I grew up Italian so I take pride in making Italian food , hey who doesn't love Italian food! So come join me as I do what I love to do. I will post a new video every week.
