Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is set to be the European automotive battery leader. We’re backed by Total-Saft and PSA-Opel, with strong support from European authorities, especially in France and Germany.These two countries are where we plan to develop and industrialize the next generations of sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as cleaner energy sources for transport. As a high-tech company, we are now building a large R&D center as well as a state-of-the-art pilot plant in France (Nouvelle Aquitaine). We also have two giga-factories planned: one in Hauts-de-France and the other in Germany. In total, this represents €5Bn of investment. We’ve already established a global network of R&D associates, along with industrial partners and suppliers.
