Huntington Estate Properties was founded on Ramtin Ray Nosrati’s passion for building high-end luxury homes in Southern California, focusing on Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Santa Monica, and Bel Air. Over the past 12 years, Nosrati has purchased, developed and sold more than 100 high end residential homes, tract homes and multi-family developments — totaling more than 1,000,000 square feet of Residential Construction and Development.
