I'm passionate about sharing the knowledge of our cycles whether that's to use as a natural form of birth control, get pregnant or just learn more about your body. I've used it for all three.

I'm a 30-something-year-old mother of two boys who discovered FAM (fertility awareness method, charting your cycle, sympto-thermal method, etc) nearly a decade ago and it has changed the trajectory of my life.
