As I have a newly revived passion for this hobby, I am here to share my discoveries, success, and mistakes (of which there will be plenty). I hope I can help others avoid my mistakes and possibly benefit from my discoveries. I want to share my experience with you as I get more serious about the hobby, hoping to help a few of you folks along the way.

A little about my hobby and newly revived passion. After 5 years of "treading water" in the hobby with one tank of livebearers and plastic plants, I decided to research, learn, and get more involved. I LOVE IT! My father was a big Cichlid fan and had a whole dedicated fish room with Oscars, Firemouths, Red Devils, etc....As a kid, I had a few betas. But I got hooked back then. Hope this channel helps you in some way, either start in the fishkeeping hobby, or keep going. -dmichaels
