Pankaj Arya is an accomplished singer of Kirana Gharana.You were born in a musical family where you started your musical education from your father Mr. Virendra Arya.After that you started classical music under the guidance of Pt. Chandrashekhar Tiwari ji and Dr.Nirmala Joshi ji.Presently you are a disciple of Pt. Harish Tiwari ji. Pankaj Arya received BA in Music from Kumaon University and MA from Delhi University. You are a visharad of classical singing from Lucknow Bhatkhande Vidyapeeth. Presently you are the founder of "Shubhnad Sangeet Vidyalaya" in your city Haldwani and have been teaching singing of Kirana Gharana to your students for the last several years. You have been honored by many organizations in the field of classical music, in the year 2022 you were honored with the * Kala Sadhak * honor by Mohan Upreti Lok Kala Evam Sanskriti Manch. You are a skilled singer of classical singing, thumri and bhajan.
