A few years ago my eldest son told me to record videos about car repairs procedures. He convinced me to upload them on YouTube. Some weeks later, he prepared my YouTube account and gave me the basic training on how to film and how to use different free editing software to produce my videos.

Since I rarely speak English, I had to practice with online tutorials to be able to record my voice. Also, I checked online to find proper translations of technical terms and language expressions from French to English.

I am a retiree and a grandfather, so fixing cars and producing YouTube videos is only one of my hobbies.

The goal behind these videos is to show how some jobs could be done at home without the help of industrial car lift and very specialized tools.

Looking at my work could give you the opportunity to learn more about the procedures to follow to fix a problem. Even if you are watching the videos for fun, it could give you new basic information about some projects.
