About Stars Of Science

It all began in 2008. Qatar Foundation wanted to inspire an entire Arab generation to innovate and create, and that’s when Stars of Science was born.

Stars of Science in its 11th year has become the Arab World’s leading innovation and edutainment show. Stars of Science believes that science is crucial for the advancement of our communities, and set out to empower young Arab men and women to become catalysts for scientific and technological evolution in the Arab World.

Our alumni network includes 131 people from 18 different Arab nations, and has been able to raise more than 14 million USD in revenue, grants and crowdfunding. Stars of Science alumni have created businesses and jobs across the region, built schools and helped light the spark of innovation in an entire generation.
