*A lot of what is going on is that narcissistic parents are using their children for narcissistic supply (to help them feel cool, young, validated, accepted, desired as a woman, etc.)

*no-contact and gray rock are acceptable to consider with the narcissistic incestuous/enmeshing parent if they work for your situation -- no shame for these

*you don't automatically have to leave a partner or spouse who was a victim of this if they aren't ready to solve it immediately. I think it's irresponsible for enmeshment therapists and coaches to say this -- it doesn't take into account the time it takes for people to come to terms with the abuse or the harms caused by throwing away a relationship, marriage, or family
