I am a plane-crash surviving, cigar smoking, whiskey drinking world traveler, and some would say skilled chef interested in everything. Pulling from 35 years of cooking experience and travel to over 171 countries, your time will not be wasted with poor quality cooking videos on CuisineQuest / "Cuisine Quest"!

You are exactly what you eat. Humans are OMNIVORES. An optimal diet is achieved by following these basic principles:

1) Diversity of ingredients

2) Avoid Ultra Processed Food (UPFs) and refined sugar!

3) Local ingredients

4) Moderation.

Included are recipes for homemade Dog/Cat food. Also, videos of my travels and whatever I feel may make our lives richer.
