Instead I hope to instill in my viewers their own intuitive, expressive, art practice utilizing the principles of “Beginners mind”, "Non Judgement", "Self Acceptance" & most importantly, "Self Love". My videos are created for everyone that loves art, but especially for people like myself that are facing life challenges due to health issues, disability, trauma, grief or other difficulties that make life hard to navigate.
