Hello dear viewers. Videos on my channel are made to help induce ASMR. Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. ASMR is a sensory response to various visual and auditory stimuli. The triggers are many, and very subjective to each individual. While not everyone experiences ASMR, which is most often a warm buzzy pleasant tingly sensation that can be felt at the back of the head and down the spine. Many viewers will watch these type videos simply for the relaxation, stress relief and enjoyment it gives them. I have received thank you messages from some of my viewers telling me my videos have also helped them manage their anxiety, sleep issues and physical pain that they are having to deal with.
