Hey everyone! Welcome to my channel! Delight Cakes and Cupcakes established in 2012, I was a self-taught baker and cake decorator, I ran my baking and cake decorating business since 2012. After handling and experiencing my own business, I decided to study the science of baking and confectionery. After completing my 3 year qualification, I understood the knowledge of patisserie and confectionery and why recipes fail, and how to correct them. I have decided to share my baking and cake decorating knowledge to as many people as possible! I think this is the best platform to share my knowledge and skills! I am trying to share my original tutorials, tips, and recipes with a presentation of bakes and cakes. I feel that the secret recipe for a perfect dessert is commitment, focus, and fun!
