'ব্যাকবন স্কুল' ব্যাকবন লিমিটেড কর্তৃক গৃহীত একটি উদ্যোগ। স্কুলটির কার্যক্রম শুরু হয় মূলত ২০০৯ সালে বাংলাদেশের প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চলের শিক্ষার্থীদেরকে বিনামূল্যে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ভর্তির সহায়তা কর্মসূচির মাধ্যমে। এই প্রকল্প থেকে সেবা গ্রহণ করে বর্তমানে শতাধিক শিক্ষার্থী শুধু ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে পড়াশুনা করছে। ইতোমধ্যে অনেকে চাকরি জীবনেও প্রবেশ করেছে। এই প্রকল্পের সাফল্য থেকে অনুপ্রাণিত হয়ে ২০১৩ সাল থেকে বাংলাদেশের সর্বত্র শিক্ষা কার্যক্রম সেবা ছড়িয়ে দেয়ার লক্ষ্যে অনলাইন ও অ্যাাপ ভিত্তিক 'ব্যাকবন স্কুল' যাত্রা শুরু হয়। এই অনলাইন স্কুল প্রতিষ্ঠার লক্ষ্য হলো সবার জন্য গুণগত শিক্ষার সুযোগ তৈরি করা।
