This channel is a personal travel & lifestyle journey documenting both new, unforgettable experiences from my life on the road. I’m Nolan, a 46-year-old adventurer from South Africa with a deep passion for travel, cultural exploration, & meaningful connections with people around the world. My international journey began when I lived & worked in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia—an experience that ignited my urge to explore beyond borders. Although COVID-19 temporarily brought global travel to a standstill, the passion never faded. In August–September 2022, I embarked on my first solo trip to East Africa. In just 16 days, I explored 2 African countries, 2 tropical islands, including Tanzania, Uganda, Zanzibar, & Prison Island off the coast of Zanzibar. Three years later, my journey has come full circle—I was living & working in Rural Tanzania & Zanzibar. Through this channel, I’ll be sharing exciting travel adventures, cultural discoveries, everyday life experiences, & fun-filled moments.
