I’m an Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran, a mom, and someone who knows what it feels like to go through deep trauma—and to wonder if you’ll ever feel like yourself again.

After facing both emotional trauma and a serious health journey, I spent years searching for answers. I tried conventional approaches, worked with doctors, and explored many different paths—but nothing fully addressed what I was experiencing.

That’s what led me to begin researching, experimenting, and slowly discovering what actually helps the body and nervous system heal.

This space was created from that lived experience.

You are not broken. You’re not alone. And healing doesn’t have to be rushed or forced.

Here, I share gentle, trauma-informed tools, insights, and practices to help you feel safer in your body, reconnect with yourself, and begin to feel better—at your own pace.
