At the age of 24, Tushar left everything behind in Canada to come back to India to live in a monastery where he spent 1 year healing himself, diving deep into timeless Vedic wisdoms and live with monks like them.

In 2023 - he felt the need to have another deep spiritual immersion and he spent 1 year in a spiritual heritage.

Tushar's exploring psychology, neuroscience and personal growth for over 7+ years.
