The host, Dr. Kirk Honda, PsyD, LMFT has a Doctorate in Psychology, a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, and has been working as a psychotherapist since 1996 and a professor since 1998.

Since 2008, the podcast and YouTube channel have grown to include over 5,000 episodes and thousands of paying members on Patreon and YouTube.

We publish between 8 and 20 episodes per week on a wide range of topics from psychological theory to pop culture.
