I'm on the fence with chemtrails. They exist - but is there a conspiracy? Who knows. We do know however that government scientists do not hesitate to test chemicals on their own population so i wouldn't put it past them. I have recorded a persistent chem trail over melbroune. eeeeeeehar. On the con side, it was a cirrus frozen upper atmosphere type day - so it could have been just the sort of atmospheric conditions to turn a contrail into a chemtrail.
