brighton based artist spikemyheart offers a unique sound produced by her boyfriend FLUX ROSE that they’ve dubbed ‘CYBERPOP’

taking inspiration from a diverse range of artists such as Paramore, Limp Bizkit, 100 gecs and glaive, their sound infuses early 2000’s nu-metal and pop-punk guitar-driven angst with post-hyperpop synth and glitch flair.

growing up moving between ashford and london (uk), spikemyheart’s music acts a form of therapy for her, exploring true stories of teenage friendships, complicated families, and her personal struggles with mental health.

as of may 25’, the duo have seen multiple songs from their sound-defining CYBERFAIRY EP receive radio praise from the likes of Alyx Holcombe and Abbie McCarthy- who described them as a “power couple”, and have also performed at a range of notable uk venues, such as the Camden assembly and Concorde 2.
