About Breast Cancer Rehab

Rehab & recovery tools to help you THRIVE after breast cancer

Hi, I’m Erica Ainsworth — a breast cancer thriver and chiropractor helping women rebuild strength, confidence, and function after treatment.

After being diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer at 43, I had a double mastectomy, radiation, and breast reconstruction. Like many survivors, I received little guidance on rehab, recovery, and returning to exercise.

Using my rehab background as a chiropractor, I used targeted movement and strength training to support my recovery through treatment and into survivorship — while navigating side effects and reconstruction and implants under the chest muscle.

On this channel, I share the guidance I wish I had:

✔️ what to expect after surgery, radiation, & reconstruction

✔️ managing side effects like cording, radiation fibrosis, lymphedema, and pain

✔️ safe strength training after breast cancer

I created Thriver Strength, a 12-week strength program for breast cancer survivors.

FAQ

The page combines cached API data and fast refresh polling to stay responsive while still tracking changes closely. Exact public YouTube counts can lag, but the page updates far more frequently than the default channel view.

The chart appends new subscriber readings every few seconds. That gives you a rolling growth trace instead of a static count snapshot.
