Video essays about video games and what we can learn from them. Typically, I discuss the game’s story, giving my analysis and interpretation of its characters, themes and messages. Sometimes, I also discuss what I think a game did well or could do better. I hope that whether you’ve never heard of a game before or it's your absolute favorite, you find my videos interesting!

The name “PlayItEssays” comes from my belief that the greatest praise you can give a game is telling someone to “play it!”.

I try to cover a wide variety of games so feel free to suggest your favorites! Game devs feel free to send keys, but note that I typically don’t make videos on demos.
