The struggle will continue on the following points

1) Bihar State Allied Health Professional Council (Para Medical Council) and BNRC should be run smoothly

2) Clinical and non-clinical cadre should be formed

3) Regular recruitment should be done for all allied and paramedical/Nursing

4) Paid internship should be done during clinical training

5) Tutor-lecturer should be recruited in medical colleges and para medical /Nursing College

6) All rules and regulations of all new courses being run by the government and service cadre should be formed.
