The Georgia-Cumberland Conference of Seventh-day Adventists covers the geographical territory of Georgia, east Tennessee, and Cherokee County, NC. It includes more than 220 Adventist churches, companies, and mission groups, along with 33 elementary schools, one junior academy, three academies, and one university. There are also three Adventist hospitals and many community services centers.

There are more than 19 million Adventists worldwide, with about 43,000 of them being in the Georgia-Cumberland Conference.
