About Strength Asylum

The Strength Asylum Gym in Stoke-on-Trent, UK has been designed for people serious about training by people serious about training. We are an award-winning Bodybuilding and Strongman Gym that is an Official IFBB and Hammer Strength certified training centre. Boasting over 150 machines and a long list of specialist powerlifting and strongman equipment.

We have deep roots with pro bodybuilders having been visited by Phil Heath, Brandon Curry, Tom Platz, and Shawn Rhoden to name a few while hosting one of our regular gym seminars. We’re also well known for our background in Strongman and Powerlifting. Being home to the Worlds Strongest Man Eddie Hall.
