2022年７月から、新たなステージに進むため、タイのパンガン島に滞在中です。この夏は将来開催予定のパンガン島でのヨガリトリート開催のための準備や、下見、お招きする講師の方との打ち合わせをしています。2022年9月からヨーロッパに２か月滞在、現在は一年中南国のマレーシアに滞在しています。生活拠点をどこにするか、決めたらこのブログでお伝えしますね。海外生活、旅行のTipsや、ヨガのお話、食事のことなどわたしの、好きなことをして生きる日記です。『好きなことをして生きる事』を実験中です気軽にコメントやメッセージをください、お待ちしています。みんなのメッセージが励みになります。
Hello, my name is Ayano.
I’ll be staying on Koh Phangan in Thailand until July 2022 to transition to a new stage. This summer, I am planning a yoga retreat on Koh Phangan for the future, and I am meeting with the instructor I will be inviting.I spent two months in Europe this summer and am now in Malaysia.My ambition is to discover where I want to build my life.The answer is yes.
My answer is move abroad.It is a diary of living abroad and doing what I like, such as travel tips, Life ,Yoga, and delicious local meals.
